Gregory S. Benincasa
President, H.R. Beebe, Inc.
Vice President, Beebe Construction Services, Inc.

Greg has worked in the construction industry since he began work in the field more than 35 years ago. He has been with H. R. Beebe, Inc. since 1982, and the President since 1998. He has been with Beebe Construction Services, Inc. since it was founded in 1995 and became Vice President in 1998. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer and provides contract administration and project estimating. Greg has experience as a project superintendent and senior estimator, and previously worked with the New York State Department of Transportation as an assistant engineer and surveyor.

Greg holds degrees in Civil Engineering Technology and Construction Management. He is a past President of the Board of Directors of the Mohawk Valley Builders Exchange, past Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Building Industry Employers of New York State, and past President of the the Rotary Club of Utica. He is past Chairman of the Labor Relations Section of the Mohawk Valley Construction Employers Association, an Officer, Board Member and Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Club of Utica, Member of the Board of Directors for the Stanley Center for the Arts, and a past Trustee of St. Leo’s The Great Church in Holland Patent, NY.

He maintains 50% ownership in both H.R. Beebe, Inc. and Beebe Construction Services, Inc.

Robert A. Korrie
President, Beebe Construction Services, Inc.
Vice President, H.R. Beebe, Inc.

Rob has more than 25 years experience in the construction industry, assuming positions of increasing responsibility since he began working in the field. He has been with H. R. Beebe, Inc. since 1988, serving as Treasurer since 1994 and Vice President since 1998. Rob has been with Beebe Construction Services, Inc. since it was founded in 1995 and became President in 1998. His principal duties for both include project management, estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.

Rob holds degrees in Civil Engineering Technology and Construction Management. He is Management Trustee of the Laborer’s Local 35 Pension & Health Fund and Laborer's Local 35 Training Committee, Director of the Mohawk Valley Builder's Exchange, a Member of the General Building Contractors, and a former Planning Board Member in the Town of Deerfield.

Rob maintains 50% ownership in both H.R. Beebe, Inc. & Beebe Construction Services, Inc.

John D. Allen
Project Manager

John has over 40 years of construction experience as a carpenter, foreman, superintendent, project manager and vice president. He has extensive experience in all phases of commercial, industrial and institutional building, pre-engineered metal buildings and bridge construction.

John is currently the Project Manager for the Stanley Theater On Stage Expansion Project, Project Manager for the Harmony Hills Apartments & Townhouses project in Cohoes, NY, and former Project Manager for the Construction Management of the Stanley Theater Project. His prior experience includes project management and estimating; preparing bids; subcontractor buyout; project scheduling, coordination, and management; contract administration; personnel; material acquisition; equipment purchasing and maintenance.

John holds degrees from Herkimer County Community College and Chicago Technical College.

James R. Fawcett
Project Manager

Jim has been with H.R. Beebe, Inc. since 2000, and has been responsible for project management of the Preswick Glen Senior Housing Community, the Rehabilitation and New Hangar Construction at Griffiss Airfield, and the Jorgensen Athletic/Events Center at MVCC, among others, on projects valued up to $27 million.

He develops, enforces and expedites project schedules; tracks and controls project budgets; coordinates and manages the work of subcontractors and multiple prime contractors; and estimates and prepares bids.

Prior to joining our firm, Jim was a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager for several regional contractors. He completed projects throughout New York state and the Mid Atlantic states, with contract values up to $34 million.

Jim holds a BS in Construction Engineering.

Daniel G. Buck
Project Manager/Chief Estimator

Dan has been with H.R. Beebe, Inc. since 2002, and brings to his work more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His responsibilities include project coordination, performing job estimates, bidding, material and labor purchasing, and submittal coordination.

Prior to joining Beebe, Dan was the Vice President of Richard M. Buck Construction Corp. His duties included estimating and project management, and he successfully managed both large and small commercial, industrial, municipal, institutional, and single- and multi-residential projects. Dan’s strengths include concrete masonry, carpentry, metal building fabrication and installation, home building, and roofing.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Utica College of Syracuse University.
