Construction Management

Standard Construction Management: This is a professional service contract, where the Owner holds the contracts, and we are hired by the Owner to provide budgetary estimating, constructability review of the contract documents, on-site inspection of the work, management of RFIs, Change Orders, and contract close out.

Construction Manager - At Risk: In this contract format, Beebe holds the contracts.  We work with the Architect to ensure the Owner’s budgetary constraints are adhered to in the design, and often provide a guaranteed maximum price for the work.  We solicit competitive bids for the work trades – site work, masonry, structural steel, etc., and we manage the work throughout the construction of the project.
